Painting fetish
I have always had this great admiration for paintings. I feel painting may just be an art , but for the painter its a kinda relishment. There are times, I feel ,I can continue staring at the paintings for any longer. There are many types of innovative paitings I have come across -

Oriflame soothing foot cream
During summer, it becomes extremely difficult to manage feet and avoiding it from getting tanned. And it is this season, we tend to wear open slippers and straps. At the end of the day , we always notice our feet, in two skin shades because of the tan.
Winter is no less, we end up having chapped heels and dry feet.
I found the solution. And it is the ‘Oriflame soothing foot cream’. It comes in a very impressive cool blue tube with a tiny opening, that saves the product from getting wasted.
Price- INR 198. Know what, I purchased this in a offer during March for a mere Rs.100. [:D]
Oriflame soothing foot cream is of a very light texture. It is absorbed quickly by the skin leaving behind no trace of greasy feeling. After using it regularly for 3 weeks, I found it very effective for all skin problems, not just tan. I shared the cream with dad. He had dark pigments on his feet, the pigment is visibly reduced just in a span of a week, using it twice a day.
After that, this has remained my best feet cream, a great companion for dad too.
I have the Oriflame avocado foot cream too. Have been using this from past 1 week, So Far so good. Will come up with a review soon.
Totally satisfied, totally happy.
Thumbs up-
· A very light cream. Absorbed easily
· Very effective. Removes tan and pigments
· No distinct odour, but has a tinge of minty smell.
· Cheers for the packing too.
· Even MRP is not expensive for the effectiveness.
Thumbs down-
- Can't think of anything at all.
Will I re-purchase?
Definitely yes! Without a second thought , buying this for dad also.

Friends day out!
Today morning at 9'o clock , I receive a call. It is my girl gang! A spontaneous meet up plan! I said OK for 1'o clock meet at my adda - CKP. And there I was, an hour late, and to my surprise there was the usual late latif Vara yet to arrive. That relieved me of getting blamed for late coming. I was disappointed as there were n many stalls. Weather was gloom and started raining. Had nothing to do but stay indoors and go around the Saree exhibition. Personally I am not a Saree person. Both my friends got busy at each saree stall, touching, sniffing, enquiring and discussing. I meanwhile was busy with a few calls.
Unexpectedly I ended up buying the Kolapuri leather bag and a cotton silk stole and my friend a Saree. Perfect get out except that the weather did not permit us to wander around. It was noon and time to disperse when Vara took us to a famous chat stop in Loafer's street (That is how it is lovingly called by Carmalites , got this important information from Ex-Carmalite Vara). Unusual Mexican chat, which looked like pizza had been churned and mixed with some boiled Rajma beans. I made a safe choice with a chocolate Truffle pastry!
Now enjoy the pictures!

Ramee resort review
It was a fresh Sunday morning with multi events - Jais Birthday and Friendship day! We wanted to plan something , but were not sure. After a brief discussion and argument, we decided on Ramlee resort , where the FUN started. It was just so amazing! Just 1 regret, we could have landed there a little early to have experienced more FUN.
Next time, I am gonna make sure, we end up reaching there real early on a Sunday morning.
Hairdo makeover at Blunt mini
First and foremost, I can't skip wishing you guys a 'Happy Friendship Day'. It was a very busy weekend and enjoyed every bit of the 48hours. Had been to friend's place, same friends house I partied a few weeks ago. Here is the link - RJ's home.
The weekend gifted few unexpected positive twists. For us weekend started fro Friday night. Watched movies and slept. Saturday was a day with no pre-plans. Guys decided they'd go to some automobile shop for some wheel balancing. Yaaawwwn.....
That was when I and Jai decided we'd get ourselves a new hairdo from Blunt mini, Adhuna Aktar's parlor. The Koramangala branch is headed by my friend , Preethi. It was a nice short meet-up too.
My hair had grown long but had no shape. It was 3 months since I got my last trim. So I needed a desperate hair pampering.
Hmm... I asked for a style that retains the length but frames my long face. After a hair wash, got my hair trimmed with too many layers. Although not visible in the pic, I have too many layers now. After working on styling and blow drying my hair, the stylist found my straight locks too stubborn to curl and wavy. It is always like this, post a haircut and blow dry, the style looks different from what it would after shampooing. The change is not the lack of blow dry, but that is when the intricacies and all the layers tend to stand out. I have always experienced this.

Oriflame grape antioxident review
For the kind of pollution that we face today, we definitely need something more than CTM routine. IT was then I decided, I try for some night cream. It was the same time, I was browsing the Oriflame magazine brought by my collegue. There was this grape antioxident night cream that caught my eye. Grape is a well known antioxident.
Antioxident - It bonds with the free radicals and neutralizes it and hence prevents cellular damage.
Now you wanna know, what is free radicals?
Free radicals - These are highly reactive particals those get involved in chain reaction. Their chief danger comes from the damage they can do when they react with important cellular components such as DNA, or the cell membrane. Cells may function poorly or die if this occurs. To prevent free radical damage the body has a defense system of antioxidants.
Antooxidents are present in all citrus fruits, grapes all Vitamin E products etc,.
Price- INR 359 for 75ml. I bought this under a discount sale for 249. Gleee
The Oriflame anti oxident night cream is a very light cream. Its get absorbed by the skin very soon, within few seconds. Skin doesn't feel greasy at all. It moisturises the skin very well. The cream contains a tinge of mild grape smell.

Lame weekend!
Hi people,
Last weekend was a very slow one. Weather added more gloom to it. I watched Ice Age 4. Liked it, but not as much as I loved the other parts. I just get more and more crazy over Sid aka FireKing. Apart from the movie, the weekend was quiet a laid back, lazy weekend.
This time, I got a few pics to share with you guys about my ride to Chitrakala Parishat. Although empty, the place is so serene and tranquilizing, you can just sit there for any long lost in thoughts, just by yourself reading an interesting novel or something.
